What's the difference between the monthly plan and a custom platform?
The monthly plan is the wire — live catalogs, verified orders, one thread, on shared infrastructure. A custom platform is a dedicated build on top of the same spine, with your own purchasing engine, rules, and dashboards. Our Wellgreens deployment is one example. Custom starts with a scoping call and a fixed-fee SOW.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Not yet. Month-to-month for now, no long-term contracts.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. Export everything at any time, no penalties.
What about METRC?
METRC stays where it is. The retailer continues to report to METRC the way they always have. Myika checks every PO against METRC tags before it routes and flags anything missing — we don't replace METRC, we just make sure nothing reaches it broken.
