How does the monthly fee work?
The platform is a flat $250 a month. Retail adds $100 a month for each additional store. No transaction fees, no per-PO charges, no per-seat games. The founding rate is locked for six months, and there are only 20 spots.
What POS systems do you work with?
Treez, WebJoint, Dutchie, and BLAZE. Myika works alongside your POS, you don't rip anything out. Using something else? Email contact@myikaai.com.
What's the difference between the platform and a custom agent?
The platform is the monthly software that watches your shrink, sales, schedule, and social. A custom agent takes a bigger job off your plate entirely, like purchasing by your rules, built for you on top of the same foundation. Custom starts with a call and a fixed scope.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Not yet. Month-to-month for now, no long-term contracts.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. Export everything at any time, no penalties.
What about METRC?
METRC stays where it is. You keep reporting the way you always have. When a custom purchasing agent routes a PO, it checks every line against your METRC tags first and flags anything missing. We don't replace METRC, we just make sure nothing reaches it broken.
